An icon of the Sydney CBD skyline. Cento was commissioned to deliver bespoke feature staircases for the refurbishment of this landmark building originally designed by John Andrews.

New legislation formally recognises Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), including modular and prefabricated buildings, while streamlining building approvals to support the faster and more cost-effective delivery of high-quality homes across NSW.​
